The official award ceremony of the "Building of the Year" National Contest took place on December 14, 2023, at 6:00 PM at the Sofia Event Center. The guests of the ceremony – leading investors, architects, construction companies, and business representatives – had the opportunity to jointly review the most significant achievements of the past year. Among the awardees was the Production and Administrative Complex of Rollplast, which took first prize in the "Production and Logistics Buildings" category. The construction of the #Rollplast factory in Kostinbrod began in 2008 according to a pre-designed master plan. The construction went through 7 stages, and by October 2023, 95% of it had been completed. The total investment in construction exceeds 110,000,000 BGN, with Rollplast receiving three Class A Investor awards and two "Golden Bull" statuettes: for "Investor of the Year in the Manufacturing Industry" for 2009 and "Investment in Business Expansion" in 2017.
