A N N O U N C E M E N T to the interested parties and the public Pursuant to Art. 4, para. 2 of the Ordinance on the Terms and Procedure for Carrying Out Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA Ordinance, State Gazette, No. 25/2003, as amended and supplemented) "ROLLPLAST GROUP" AD, UIC 131553893, town of Kostinbrod 2230, 19 Imperator Konstantin Veliki Str. hereby notifies the affected population of its investment proposal for: "Construction of a production facility for insulated glass units, facades, and facade structures" in land plots with identifiers 38978.26.82 and 38978.26.10, town of Kostinbrod, Kostinbrod Municipality, Sofia District. The investment proposal envisions the construction of a new production hall (with a total built-up area of approximately 23,000 sq.m) adjacent to the company's existing production base, equipped for the production of insulated glass units and flat glass processing (CEA 23.12) and for the production of aluminum facade structures (CEA 25.11), as well as a rooftop photovoltaic installation with batteries (approx. 3 MW) for self-consumption. Water supply and sewerage will be provided through the existing infrastructure on the site; a new substation (approx. 2–4 MW) is planned for the needs of the new hall. The properties do not fall within the boundaries of and do not border any protected territories or protected zones of the Natura 2000 network.
