Rollplast Continues to Open its Doors to Young Specialists Interested in the Industry of the Future

For the third consecutive year, Rollplast had the pleasure of hosting a group of students from France studying technical and economic disciplines. The visit is part of an international educational initiative aimed at familiarizing young specialists with good manufacturing practices, sustainable business models, and real-world applications of industrial automation in Europe.

History, Scale, and Vision for the Future

The meeting began with a presentation of the company, its history, and strategic development over the past 20+ years. From a small family business to one of the largest manufacturers of window and door frames, blinds, doors, and facade solutions in Southeastern Europe – Rollplast today is a symbol of industrial growth, sustainability, and technological advancement.

The company's mission was presented to the students: creating long-lasting, energy-efficient solutions for modern homes and businesses, as well as the pursuit of full digitalization of processes – from sales and design to production and installation.

A Tour in the Heart of Production

The guests had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the company's real production environment through a tour of the workshops for PVC and aluminum window and door frames, insulating glass units, external blinds, insect screens, and sectional doors. The high level of automation in the production lines sparked particular interest – including robots for insulating glass units, CNC machines, automated warehouse systems, and digital control of assembly lines.

Rollplast demonstrated how it implements Industry 4.0 through intelligent ERP systems, real-time production tracking, and management of logistics processes via centralized digital platforms.

A Responsible Industry with a Human Face

The visit concluded with an informal discussion where students asked questions about human capital management, sustainable practices at Rollplast, and job prospects in the Bulgarian industry. The company's approach to the circular economy made a particular impression – using recyclable materials, energy-optimized production processes, and investments in green energy.

Rollplast as an Example of Industrial Success in Bulgaria

These visits are proof that Rollplast not only manufactures products of European quality but also establishes itself as a company with open doors to knowledge, experience exchange, and international cooperation.

"We believe that sharing our experience with young people is the best way to inspire future engineers, entrepreneurs, and innovators. We are proud to have been chosen to host such a visit for another year," shared the Rollplast management.

Conclusion

Rollplast continues to prove that the Bulgarian industry has much to show the world – not only in terms of production capacity but also in vision, values, and approach to the future.
