We proudly announce that Rollplast Group AD has launched its own production of external louvered blinds – a next-generation product in the field of facade sun protection, combining technological excellence, modern design, and sustainable functionality.The production is implemented using high- quality components from the Austrian company Stottan – a trusted partner in the development of sun protection systems. In addition, we userollforming machines from the Czech manufacturer Zebr, known for its high reliability and industrial precision.
The new production line includes two Zebr rollformers:
- The first machine shapes Z90-type slats, offering excellent solar protection and visual comfort. We use aluminum strips with 42-micron powder coating, ensuring durability and a premium finish.
- The second machine produces a 56×58 mm structural beam, providing stability and ease of installation, even for large-scale projects.
We maintain stock of rolled strips in 11 standard colors, enabling fast production and delivery without compromising on design. The color range matches the most sought-after facade solutions on the European market.
