On March 16, 2023, the official opening of the new Administrative Building, Central Showroom, and Production Base of Rolplast is scheduled to take place. The event will be attended by over 300 guests, including local authorities, friends, and partners of Rolplast, with a special guest being Ms. Irina Shonova, Deputy Minister of Economy and Industry.
"Rollplast Group" AD was established in 2000 as a company for the production and sale of external and internal blinds. Over the course of 23 years, the company has become one of the leading manufacturers of doors, windows, and blinds not only in Bulgaria but also in Europe.
The company has a production base with a total area of 40,000 square meters. The construction of the production complex started in 2008, with Rolplast receiving an Investor Class A certificate for the planned investment of BGN 72 million. In 2017, "Rolplast Group" AD invested BGN 10.8 million in expanding its production base in Kostinbrod, constructing a new production hall with an area of 11,170 square meters.
In the past year, 2022, "Rollplast Group" AD received its third Class "A" certificate for its project to expand its production base in Kostinbrod, worth BGN 18.2 million, creating 30 new jobs. The invested costs were allocated to the construction of a production hall, an administrative building, and a warehouse for finished products totaling BGN 9.1 million, equipment and machinery worth BGN 8.3 million, and photovoltaics worth BGN 800,000.
The company has always been focused on independence in production and technological advancement. Innovations and automation of production processes are consistently integrated into the company's policy. Each year, Rolplast allocates a significant budget for investments in production potential and facilities.
High standards of quality in architectural execution and installations were set for the construction of the production complex. The main requirements for the buildings were to create maximum comfort conditions for the working environment, both in production and offices, using high-quality solutions.
