For the first time in its history, Rollplast, the leader in the production of PVC, wooden, and aluminum windows, doors, and blinds in Bulgaria, has recognized its "Employee of the Month." In a commendable internal company competition, following internal nominations in the three main directorates of the company – Commerce, Administration, and Production, under completely transparent rules and equal access to nominations, the following employees were distinguished:
Zdravko Naydenov - Production Directorate, PVC Doors and Windows Department
Stefan Vasilev - Administration Directorate, Transport Department
Pavlina Petrova - Commerce Directorate, Burgas Warehouse
In addition to the prestigious title, they were all awarded by the Rollplast management with a family vacation in various resorts in the country.

The competition for the "Employee of the Month" title continues, with nominations currently underway in the directorates: Production (Insulating Glass Units workshop), Finance and Administration (Warehouse Base department /Workers and Forklift Operators/), and Commercial (Sales with Installation department /Sales Consultants and Technical Supervisors/). The winners will be announced at the beginning of 2019.
